Administrative review of the decision
If the applicant is denied an initial application filed outside the UK and believes that the decision was wrong, he or she is entitled to an Administrative Review of the decision. An administrative review can be requested within 28 days of the date the applicant received the rejection letter. There can be only one request for administrative review, but if, as a result of the review, a negative decision was again made on the initial application, but on a different basis, then the applicant can send another request for a second refusal.
In case of a positive decision, the applicant receives a written notification and will have to send the passport to the specified address.
The preparation of the APR is a laborious and painstaking process. We strongly recommend that you seek the help of immigration specialists who will help you avoid mistakes and, ultimately, exercise your right to stay in the UK.
